My therapy approach is integrated where I draw from different approaches especially cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy. My goal as a therapist is to help clients overcome emotional and mental challenges and to advocate for clients to make healthy choices.
I can incorporate a holistic approach, mindfulness, and/or a spiritual approach upon client requests. I always bring in empathy, nonjudgment, and cultural sensitivity for a safe therapeutic environment.
