Counseling Rates & Fees

Our rates differ depending on the service you are seeking and the provider you see at our clinic.

  • We accept most International Insurance Plans.
  • We offer Direct Billing with your Insurance Company for your convenience. 
  • Korean National Health Insurance does not cover these services in Korea at this time.

Intake, Wellbeing Counseling, Couples Counseling & Individual Psychotherapy

Intake services help identify your top problems, mental health goals, and therapy preferences to help match you with our best-fitting service and therapist. This service is highly recommended if you have never had counseling before or want to obtain a deeper understanding of your various problem areas prior to starting counseling. 

Individual Wellbeing Counseling & Couples Counseling services do not target psychiatric disorders or mental health diagnoses directly, but rather, focus on helping people learn how to live more healthy, positive, and fulfilling lives (regardless of the presence or absence of a mental health disorder). Due to mental health diagnoses not being central to these Wellbeing & Couples/Family sessions, insurance companies typically do not cover these types of sessions (although they may, depending on their policies). General topics that we cover in these sessions include: 

  • Strengthening Life Relationships
  • Building General Mental Health & Prevention Skills
  • Fostering Healthy Habits
  • Enhancing General Wellbeing

Individual Psychotherapy service is more intensive and involve providing counseling more from a clinical perspective, including but not limited to the following more intensive services:

  • Diagnostically-oriented Treatment Planning for Counseling
  • Evidence-based Counseling Techniques
  • On-going Symptom Monitoring
  • Routine Monitoring of Evidence-based Therapeutic Processes, such as Therapeutic Alliance, Client Engagement, etc.
  • Treatment Team Care Coordination, as needed (such as with school staff, psychiatrists, etc.)
  • Recommended for disorder-related impairment and/or symptoms

Group Therapy

Group Therapy Topics cover issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other topics. 

  • Session duration: 80 minutes per group session 
  • Group size: 5~8 people
