What is Payhere?
Payhere is a system where our Support Staff can send you an invoice for your sessions, which you can directly pay via your phone. Currently, we only offer this service in our Sinsa Center.
To use our system you’ll need to have following setup:
Smartphone
KakaoTalk account & KakaoTalk app installed
A Korean Credit/Debit card
- You’ll receive invoice request on your phone via Kakaotalk under “페이히어 알림” (Payhere Notification)
- Here, you’ll be able to review the Requester and payment information.
- Please click “결제하러 가기” (Proceed with payment) button in the message to start the payment process.
- When you click the button, you’ll see the following page. Please click “카카오톡으로 계속하기” (Proceed with KakaoTalk) to proceed
- Here you’ll be requested to give the Payment app the permissions necessary to make the payment. Please check off “Accept All” and then “Accept and Continue” button.
- You’ll see the payment details in the following page, including a message. Press “결제하기” (Pay) to proceed with the payment.
- You’ll be asked to add your Korean Card here. This is a one time process. Please press “+ 카드 추가하기” (add card) to add your card.
- Here you’ll be asked to give permissions, and confirm your identity with your name, birthdate, gender, and phone number.
- Once you click “인증번호” (verification code) you’ll receive a code to confirm your phone.
- Next, you’ll be asked to enter your passcode for future payments. This is a one time process. Please input 6 digits & make sure you remember it for the next time you make the payment.
- Here you’ll be able to input your card. Please add a card valid in Korea.
- Finally, you’ll be asked to input the 6 digit code for payment for the invoice sent. In the future, all you will be asked is to select the card and enter this code.
- Once payment has been completed, you’ll see the following message.
