Navigating TRICARE benefits can be complex, especially when stationed overseas. Our team is well-versed in TRICARE policies and can help you understand your coverage for mental health services. We work with various plans, including:

TRICARE Requirements for Starting Services
TRICARE procedures vary based on your eligibility and the provider’s credentialing.
To verify your coverage and determine the necessary documentation, our Intake Team will request the following information if you do not already have a TRICARE authorization or referral:
- Client’s DoD Benefits Number (NOT DoD ID Number) or Sponsor’s SSN
- Sponsor’s Active/Retired Rank
- Uniform Duty Start Date (or Initial Enlistment Date)
✔️ Our Intake Team will be able to provide more details on the authorization/referral requirements during the intake process.
✔️ Our Intake Team will verify the address on file for TRICARE clients during the intake process and will notify clients if their address does not match the required format.
✔️ Clients can update their TRICARE address on file by contacting the Beneficiary Support Center Claims Team.
