Cancellation Policy

Typically, there is a fee associated with late cancellations or no-shows to your scheduled session.

• PhD-Level Psychologists: 100,000 won
• MA Licensed Counselors: 100,000 won
• Resident Counselors: 90,000 won
• Interns: 60,000 won

However, for your first late cancellation (within 24 hours of your session) or no-show, we will waive your cancellation fee.

For any late cancellations or no-shows, you will automatically be charged the cancellation fee.

If there is a medical reason for your late cancellation or no-show, please provide us with a document or letter from your doctor to have your cancellation fee waived.
