Therapy Approach
My therapy approach has always been person-centered and emotionally focused therapy. Every therapy session begins with building rapport by genuinely understanding the client, to construct a healthy counselor-client relationship. I ensure that the client’s needs are met and that their voices are heard to truly understand how their life story has led them to where they stand today. It is easy to feel burnt out and alone, especially in today’s hectic society. It is my mission to lend a hand to those in need and guide my clients to live each day with a mission and joy. I want to genuinely bond with every client I meet to provide comfort and helpful tools to delve into each story.
Penny focuses on developing adolescents and youths into healthy adults by communicating and building relationships. Her areas of expertise include: Anxiety / Depression / Panic Attacks / Childhood Trauma / Couple’s Therapy / Family Therapy
