Therapy Approach

Are you looking for a safe space to process past traumas or difficult memories? Are you struggling to adjust to a new culture after moving to Korea? As a therapist, my objective is to provide a supportive environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and gain a better understanding of themselves. My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and empathic. I find it deeply fulfilling to be a part of my clients’ journey towards wellness.

I have received professional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Person-Centered Therapy. Additionally, I place great value on a multicultural approach. Having grown up in two distinct cultures, I recognize that factors such as cultural background, economic status, religion, gender, age, and other cultural elements significantly influence one’s identity. I strive to offer not only emotional support but also practical resources to my clients by creating individualized care plans that address their unique situations and goals.
