She has received specialized training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness Meditation, and Group Leadership Skills. She is a certified trauma professional and an active member of the Internal Family Systems Mentoring Group. She also serves as an instructor for a school bullying prevention program.

Therapy Approach
My mission is to help clients transform their lives by providing practical tools and empowering them to recognize their capacity for change. I work collaboratively to explore past patterns, address present challenges, and cultivate a healthier mindset.
I believe every individual deserves a supportive space to confront life’s difficulties. My therapeutic style is holistic, empathic, and client-centered, focused on creating a safe environment for self-discovery and healing. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief, guiding them toward greater well-being and resilience.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey, offering support as you navigate transitions, heal from past wounds, and address the impact of mental health on your life. Together, we will identify obstacles and develop strategies to live a more fulfilling and balanced life.
My approach integrates specialized training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamics, and Somatic approaches. REBT helps clients challenge and reframe negative thoughts and behaviors, while IFS supports healing from a wide range of conditions. Psychodynamics explores unconscious processes and relational patterns, while somatic techniques help you reconnect with your body to process and regulate emotions.
I offer an integrative, humanistic, and strengths-based approach, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs for holistic healing.
