Therapy Approach
My approach focuses on client-centered therapy and cognitive restructuring. I am also able to provide Christian faith-based counseling. I believe that each client has the power and potential to grow and live a full life, when he or she is provided with the necessary support. I believe many psychological difficulties are rooted in unhealthy thoughts of the clients. And by exploring the etiology of undesirable patterns of thoughts and by removing the mental blocks that are preventing the growth, she or he can be empowered to live a healthier life. I also believe in the importance of relationships as a source of joy and satisfaction in life and strive to help and examine the relationships issues of the clients and help them.
